Delivery and Returns

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being received unless otherwise stated at the time of the order being placed. Orders under 2kg in total weight will be sent via Royal Mail, orders over 2kg are sent via courier. You’ll be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that for orders sent outside of the UK, you may have additional import duties to pay before delivery can be made, depending on the government tax regulations specific to your region. Please check official advice before ordering if you’re not sure.

Postal services are not perfect, and occasionally an item may get lost, or you may receive goods that have been damaged in transit. In this event, please use our ‘Contact Us’ page to get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help rectify the situation.

In the event of receiving faulty goods please advise us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer to refund or replace the items. If you receive a duplicate order or incorrect goods, please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt only if returned in their original condition, and once a request to return has been made to us via email. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Distance Selling regulations.
