All used and new records that we sell are shipped out in strong and secure double-fold corner-protected cardboard mailers. We know that few things are as frustrating as receiving a brand new record that has been damaged in the post. For that reason we never use the cheaper, thinner, envelope-style mailers. These generally provide very little protection, and can often lead to creases and corner bumps on sleeves during transit.

We use Royal Mail for all orders under 2kg. Any heavier orders are dispatched via a trackable courier service. We will supply tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
