Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping We offer two tracked delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:

• Tracked 48 (2–3 Business Days) — £3.99
• Tracked 24 (1–2 Business Days) — £4.99

Tracking All UK orders are sent with tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Whilst we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers/postal services, we will always do our best to assist with any issues arising from delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
